If you are a new client, we do require pre-payment on your first order.
The minimum quantity for each item is based on manufacturer minimums.
We will e-mail (or fax if you prefer), an acknowledgement of each order prior to beginning production. Please check this acknowledgement to verify correct product, quantity, color, size, imprint, and shipping instructions. If your order has an in hands date, please notify the in hands date is correct.
You must approve the acknowledgement to authorize us to proceed.
Changes after Acknowledgement Is Approved
If changes are required or an order needs to be cancelled after charges have been incurred, i.e., art set up, product ordered, you will be responsible for those charges.
Production times vary by item.
Many items are available with rush production and some can be produced in as little as 48 hours. Please call for information on your specific item.
A setup charge may or may not apply depending on the product. If there is a set up charge, it will be indicated on your order.
Unless otherwise specified, item pricing includes the cost of a single-color imprint in one location. If your order is for more than one color, more than one imprint location or requires a non-standard imprint method; a running charge may be applied per additional color, per additional imprint location, per piece.
